In my naturopathic practice, I, alternative practitioner Kirsten Sander, will be happy to support you in maintaining your health.

The aim of my work is to strengthen your vitality, performance, joy of life and health and to maintain it for as long as possible. In doing so, I follow the so-called "pillars of health", the three essential pillars of which are nutrition, exercise and relaxation:
Exercise plays an important role in maintaining health as it improves physical fitness, strengthens the immune system and reduces the risk of chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. Regular exercise can also improve mood and reduce stress.
A balanced diet is also crucial for health. A diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean protein and healthy fats can strengthen the immune system, increase energy and reduce the risk of disease.
Relaxation techniques such as autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, Qi Gong, meditation, breathing exercises and massages can help reduce stress, improve mental health and strengthen the immune system.
Naturopathic methods can also contribute to maintaining health:
- Phytotherapy (plant medicine):
Phytotherapy involves the use of plants and herbal preparations to treat diseases and promote health. In naturopathy, phytotherapy is often used to treat ailments such as colds, indigestion and inflammation. In medicine, herbal medicines are also used to treat many diseases.
- Water treatments (hydrotherapy):
therapeutic effect of water in the form of baths, wraps, compresses and showers to relieve pain, promote circulation and relaxation. In both medicine and naturopathy, hydrotherapy is used to treat muscle tension, inflammation and to promote detoxification of the body by restoring balance in the body and activating the body's own healing powers.
By combining exercise, nutrition, relaxation and naturopathic methods, maintaining health and preventing illness can be supported in a holistic manner. It is important to take individual needs and living conditions into account and to seek advice.
